If this is your first appointment at our beauty clinic, a free initial consultation with one of our doctors is mandatory.

​We kindly ask that any cancellations be made 48 hours before your appointment (CET). Late cancellations may be subject to an CHF 80 fee. If something unforeseen occurs, please let us know—we’re happy to assess exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis.
